Continuing Education (CE) Accreditation Application

Apply for accreditation of your CE program. Before proceeding, please ensure you have reviewed the application requirements and have all supporting documentation ready for submission.
MFD Accreditation
 If you would like your application to be reviewed for MFD CE accreditation, select the MFD option found on Section C - Accreditation Information on the application. Please note that choosing this option may result in longer processing times.

Important: To obtain official MFD recognition, an additional $150 fee is payable directly to the MFD when the course is uploaded to the CE Reporting and Tracking System (CERTS). This fee is separate from any Institute MFD fees that may apply.

Effective October 1, 2026, CE accreditation fees, including MFD fees will be updated. For more information on fees, please visit the IAFE website
